Defense/Hi-Reliability System Solutions:
 For
those looking for a cost effective solution while still
requiring high reliability features such as full military
temperature range and product change notification, the
Enhanced Products on Vendor Item Drawings (VID) are the
right solutions. The VID products are guaranteed over the
full military temperature range and are at a fraction of the
cost of SMD products. If
up-screening of commercial or
industrial grade product is required, VID products offer a
way to decrease additional testing costs and eliminates the
logistics required to manage up-screening. If up-screening
is not required, industrial and commercial grade products

Harsh Environment System Solutions:
Intersil has a long heritage of supporting harsh environment
and critical uptime applications, such as down hole
drilling, commercial avionics, and network servers, with our
